The Quin healthcare platform provides a detailed digital health map for every patient. This virtual guide includes personalized plans for prevention, primary healthcare and secondary healthcare. The Quin GP portal, named Quin Pro, is seamlessly linked to the patient’s Quin app, where patients can update their medical profile, enter and can check their symptoms.

Self-triage with the symptom checker

Patients can check their symptoms using the symptom checker in their Quinn app. Drawing on the latest medical literature, and the real experience and expertise of GPs, our self-triage tool asks patients about their symptoms and lets them know how urgently they should seek medical advice. By giving patients immediate access to valuable, validated information we’re able to relieve some of the pressure on GPs.

Consultations in person, or via video

When a patient wants to make an appointment, they let us know via the app. A Quin GP will call them right away for a pre-consultation and add their symptoms to their profile . The patient then chooses an available appointment time in their GP’s (that’s you) schedule. The appointment appears immediately in your agenda. Depending on the patient's needs, it will be via video or in person. The pre-consult with a Quin GP, combined with the patient’s up-to-date medical profile, means you can review all the crucial details in advance. Allowing you to zero in on a possible diagnosis and make the most of your time together.

Bringing secondary expertise to the front line

After a consultation, you’ll be able to confer with medical specialists and access smart prediction models to make an accurate diagnosis and draft an objective treatment plan, making unnecessary hospital trips less likely. Once the treatment plan is mapped out, you can share it with your patient to discuss the most appropriate care options and healthcare providers. This fusion of secondary and primary care interventions saves time and improves the quality of care. Using the Quin platform, you can still keep an eye on how your patients are doing after they’ve moved on to secondary care. You’ll find all their up-to-date records from specialists, diagnostic centres, hospitals and clinics, in their health map. The platform also tracks the quality of care in hospitals and ZBCs (independent care units), delivering the latest insights into the care your patients are receiving, so you can respond quickly and appropriately to any concerns they have.
