Employer Branding Specialist

Hi, we are People & Culture, Quin team of people’s hearts. Not ‘just’ for our treasured colleagues, but for (potentially) millions of patients who use our AI-driven app to look up their symptoms and connect with the right medical support. Given our growth rate (fast), ambition level (high), and appetite for talent (insatiable 😉), we are upping our game while building a company people love to work in. 

For HR, that means maturing our ways of working (e.g., by embracing new tools) and instilling our purpose, learning & development, and brand values into the DNA of the product domains.    

 As for recruiting: we use data and insights to design a successful talent acquisition approach and intensifying our talent attraction endeavours to ensure there is always more talented light at the end of the funnel.    


As our Employer Branding Specialist 

You'll be leading different exciting projects: 

  • New career website 
  • Social media campaigns 
  • Recruitment events 
  • Long term candidate nurture 
  • Building talent pipelines and communities 


As Employer Branding Specialist, you assume responsibility for all employer branding endeavours. Given our transition from a scale-up to a product-led organisation, this calls for life-changing conversions, you base all you do on data, from talent market information to your own data. When it comes to our Quinner-to-be, you are the conversion expert to maximise your impact.  

How can we make our business better? What do techies think is important in 2022? What is the Q-DNA? What is the best way to identify the market's brightest minds? What are the best ways to translate our Employer Value Proposition, what content to create, and what ambassadorship programs should be developed? All yours, too. As is passionately promoting your vision to a diverse group of stakeholders.  

But rest assured, we have your back, you'll join the Recruitment team and serve as a liaison between our Marketing & Recruitment. Everyone who enjoys exchanging ideas, thus learning from colleagues is welcome! And last but not least, you will be supported by your teammates through feedback, and working and learning from the incredible Eva Baluchova is also included, making this a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

How do you make us better? 

If you are Employer Branding Specialist with experience with:  

  • You have roughly two years' worth of experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding and finished HBO. 
  • Our ergonomic chairs won't be able to hold us up if we're meeting with you on the ground;) Bring on the imaginative extravagances and energising campaigns! 
  • Should you turn left today, right tomorrow, and then straight ahead? Welcome to a scale-up company, where you chart your own path – being autonomous, not stubborn is what we look for. 
  • It's easy for you to switch quickly and easily between the people who are involved. You do this in both Dutch and English
