Help us build the future of healthcare.
At Quin we have started a digital health movement. With our impact-driven digital platform we develop accessible, quality-focused and data driven care pathways, facilitating objective decision making, in close cooperation with the best medical professionals.

With everything we do, the patient’s interests determines our actions. Quin guides the patient to the right medical care, at the right time at the right place. Based on their medical profile, history and current symptoms the most appropriate care pathway is created aiming for the best health outcome.

We are passionate about what we do and determined to kickstart this fundamental change. We will set the new standard for efficiency and transparency and we make sure that when it comes to the patients health, they come first and they are in charge.

Quin is growing up, and we need to transform our tech-driven Agile approach into a product-led vision. The Patient Journey is the basis for what we do here at Quin and therefore leading for our product development and ultimately to support our business objectives. To realize these strategic goals we  involve 3 core pillars:
- Continue developing specialized Diagnose & Indication Care pathways
- Preparing the company for its international rollout
- Identifying partnership opportunities for e.g. GP information system integration and medical content providers.

As our Product Manager.

you develop and substantiate the vision for the chronic disease navication in our mobile app and web-portal. You will take lead in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team who executes (and sometimes challenges) your ideas. The role is highly visible externally as well within The Netherlands and Germany.

As Product Manager, you...

  • Adopt an outside-in perspective and graciously take all external feedback in stride: every bit of information – from pain points to feature requests, helps us ideate our vision
  • Map the current mobile-app and web-portal on the German healthcare market and adjust where necessary
  • Define product success, both from the user and more commercial perspectives
  • Continually evaluate market fitness and drive changes to boost ‘product athleticism,’ while factoring in technical capabilities
  • Ensure changes comply with all rules and regulations that come with the domain
  • Liaise with a wide range of in- and external stakeholders, and maximize vision buy-in

This is a role for a Product Manager who calls the digital realm home. You accurately foresee how seemingly minor changes can have a major impact. E.g., rearranging the environment to fit the German healthcare requirements and the preffered user guidance. We also expect you to forge strong bonds with external users and the internal community. As noted above, the position comes with plenty of stakeholder strings attached. Internally, you liaise with marketing and sales colleagues. You will also regularly accompany business developers out in the field, so expect to get up close and personal with medical professionals.  So your vision needs to be as compliant as it is customer-centric and technologically feasible.

How do you make us better?
If you are a Product Manager with experience with:

  • Product Management experience in a tech-driven environment: if you never created or curated a digital product vision, you’re out of your depth
  • If some of your experience pertains to scale-ups, great! The same goes for (basic) knowledge of the medical community and its strict (privacy) standards.
  • Fluently in Dutch, both verbal and written and excellent command of the German language
  • Tech-savviness
  • A mix of visionary prowess and the talent to quickly generate buy-in – you are also able to maintain (or accelerate) that initial traction all the way to the finish line
  • You can set (product) roadmaps that enthuse teams: ambitious but attainable
  • The ability and drive to connect and engage with people at all organizational levels, including cross-departmental teams and senior management

What will you get from us?
We hope the opportunity to reinvent healthcare with us raises your heartbeat. That’s what makes your colleagues tick. Speaking of which, you’ll work with top professionals in the medical, AI, and tech domains. People who love to bounce ideas off of each other, so learning from peers is a given. The setting is what you hope for from an ambitious scale-up: fluid, uplifting and fun. Challenge a colleague to a game of ping pong. Grab a quick snack (or a healthy meal) in our cafeteria. Participate in bootcamps. Et cetera.
