As our Growth Marketeer

You will drive the sales pipeline for our Quin platform and are responsible for developing a predictable and scalable demand generation engine that delivers quality leads for our healthcare platform. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications and working closely with the Sales team.

  • Building awareness and demand across our BTB audiences
  • Aligned with business and sales objectives. How do you grow our business as quickly as possible?
  • After delivering this plan, you are responsible for realizing this growth. You guide cross-team collaboration; working closely with marketing, communications, sales and product team, and external agencies
  • For example roll-out (online and social media) campaigns, set up email automation, optimize our SEO and SEA, boost the performance of the website, etc.
  • You set up and build a world-class marketing engine, stack, and marketing analytics

 

How do you make us better?

         If you: 

  • Have a proven track record in online marketing and sales strategies, preferably gained at a med, tech, or SaaS company. An uncanny ability to run and iterate on highly effective campaigns with clear ROI-focused
  • Are Tech Savvy and passionate about the latest marketing trends. You have hands-on experience with the most popular marketing and sales platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Umbraco as our website CMS.
  • Have strong collaboration skills and ability to effectively partner with and influence stakeholders.
  • Have B2B experience is an advantage
  • Have good understanding of the Dutch language, German is a plus.
  • Got at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
