Product Manager eHealth - care navigation

32 - 40 hours · Amsterdam

Hi, we are Quin’s product department- team of product puzzle solvers. Join us and sharpen your skills by bouncing ideas off (40 souls, and counting) fellow POs, PMs, analysts, Scrum Masters, UX/UI and design professionals!

Join our team with a clear purpose: to develop a scalable app that propels healthcare into the 22nd century.

Not for ‘the lucky few,’ but for everyone, everywhere. If that’s a purpose you can get behind, now is the time to team up because we are building next-gen, AI-driven doctor and patient-facing apps that effortlessly guides patients to the right medical assistance.

Determine the added value of proposed product features? That’s us. Inspire product teams to fully embrace autonomy? On it.

How can we improve the UX/UI so that patients of all walks of life can easily navigate our app? It’s all in a day’s work. That makes for a fluid setting that inspires you to adopt an iterative, hypothesis-driven approach.

As our Product Manager

You develop and substantiate the vision for either our app or portal. Which of these, and which team you’ll join, is negotiable and hinges on your track record, preferences, and ambitions. Regardless, you will take lead in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team who executes (and sometimes challenges) your ideas. The role is highly visible externally as well because we subscribe to the for bread visit a bakery, for input listen to actual users approach.

As Product Manager, you...

  • Adopt an outside-in perspective and graciously take all external feedback in stride: every bit of information – from pain points to feature requests, helps us ideate our vision
  • Define product success, both from the user and more commercial perspectives
  • Rally the team to achieve that vision, and set colleagues up for success by prioritising features and defining an ambitious (but realistic) roadmap
  • Continually evaluate market fitness and drive changes to boost ‘product athleticism,’ while factoring in technical capabilities
  • Ensure changes comply with all rules and regulations that come with the domain
  • Liaise with a wide range of in- and external stakeholders, and maximize vision buy-in

This is a role for a Product Manager who calls the digital realm home. You accurately foresee how seemingly minor changes can have a major impact. E.g., rearranging a few UI elements may sound trivial, but developers and UI/UX professionals often beg to differ. And it’s the same with technical changes. We also expect you to forge strong bonds with external users and the internal community. As noted above, the position comes with plenty of stakeholder strings attached. Internally, you liaise with marketing and sales colleagues. You will also regularly accompany business developers out in the field, so expect to get up close and personal with medical professionals.  So your vision needs to be as compliant as it is customer-centric and technologically feasible.

How do you make us better?

If you are a Product Manager with experience with:

  • Product Management experience in a tech-driven environment: if you never created or curated a digital product vision, you’re out of your depth
  • If some of your experience pertains to scale-ups, great! The same goes for (basic) knowledge of the medical community and its strict (privacy) standards.
  • Tech-savviness
  • Fluently in Dutch, both verbal and written
  • A mix of visionary prowess and the talent to quickly generate buy-in – you are also able to maintain (or accelerate) that initial traction all the way to the finish line
  • You can set (product) roadmaps that enthuse teams: ambitious but attainable
  • The ability and drive to connect and engage with people at all organisational levels, including cross-departmental teams and senior management

...then this job is right for you!
