Hey there,
At Quin's product team, we've got a clear mission: to craft a scalable platform that catapults healthcare into the 22nd century. But here's the catch – it's not just for a select few; it's for everyone, everywhere. If this resonates with you, then it's time to join us on this exciting journey. We're in the process of developing next-gen, AI-driven applications for caregivers and patients, apps that guide individuals to the right medical assistance and provide that much-needed support.
Now, let's talk about the role of our new Senior Product Manager. You'll be at the forefront of discovering and rolling out our Secondary Care proposition, starting with the Dutch market and expanding further. Your main focus? Building and implementing our next-level smart triage and patient channeling products. You'll report to the Head of Product, and you'll be the perfect fit if you can show off your expertise in these four key areas:
Driving the Product Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap:
- You understand that digital products drive business outcomes through innovation, and you're ready to take charge of achieving those defined business goals.
- Creating a strategic roadmap of prioritized features and initiatives is your thing, and you know how to make it align with our overall strategy.
- You're not just a passenger; you play an active role in shaping the company's strategy within your product group.
Gathering Insights for Product Discovery:
- Talking to users and understanding their "jobs to be done," their pain points, and what brings them joy is something you excel at.
- You know how to interpret product data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Collaboration with designers, medical specialists, and other parts of the business to gather and utilize insights that create a product that genuinely meets customer needs is right up your alley.
Designing and Validating New Product Initiatives:
- Gathering requirements, creating story maps, prototypes, and MVPs is second nature to you.
- You're a team leader when it comes to delivering functionality that not only meets user expectations but also contributes to our business goals and maintains top-tier quality.
- Smooth and efficient delivery is your goal, and you make sure your engineering manager partner is on the same page.
Managing Stakeholders and Influencing People:
- You can identify stakeholders impacted by your team's work and collaborate with them to ensure the product aligns with both user and business needs.
- Leading a team that works well together, continually improving their performance, is what you do best.
What's In It for You? The opportunity to shape the future of healthcare should get your heart racing. That's what motivates your future colleagues. Speaking of which, you'll be working alongside a talented team of international professionals who love to share ideas and insights. Learning from your peers is a natural part of the process.
Our (exciting news alert) career development program accelerates your learning curve, helping you chart your course within Quin and reach your personal goals faster. We're all about supporting flexibility and work-life balance. But, with our headquarters located in the former Netflix building, you might find yourself drawn to our vibrant HQ more often. It's not just for work – you can challenge a colleague in our gaming room, enjoy a meal in our cafeteria, join in boot camps, or participate in our regular learning sessions and lunchtime lectures.
